Mrs. Champney has been a resident of the Whitney Point School District for 30+ years, and both of her daughters attended and graduated from WPCSD.  She has a background in retail management, data analysis, accounting, and is currently the Director of the Mary Wilcox Memorial Library in Whitney Point. She is an active volunteer in the District, including the Eagles Nest Booster Club, Music Boosters Club, and the WP School-Community Productions.

 Mrs. Champney's goal is to ensure that WPCSD is offering the best education possible for all students, whether they are college or career bound, while ensuring that the District maintains a sustainable budget for the community.

Mr. Benny Hodkinson is a 26-year resident of Whitney Point.  He and his wife raised two children who graduated from the Whitney Point Central School District in 2020 and 2022.  He recently retired from a 30-year career with UPS in Cortland and is eager to give back to the community in which his family has thrived.  Many locals know him from his years as auctioneer for Marathon Auction Sales, a hobby he hopes to resume in his retirement.
