Whitney Point High School seniors hold Accepted and College Bound signs for S U N Y Broome.

SUNY Broome's "College Express" made a stop, the first-ever, at Whitney Point High School on Monday, November 18. The entire Eagles Class of 2025 was accepted to attend SUNY Broome - in the fall, in a year, in 10 years! Not only that, but the offer extends to their families and any family members who may want to make a career change or even take a summer course.

Designed to support seniors through every step of the process, from applying, to exploring course options, to navigating financial aid, Director of Admissions Owen Conklin said that SUNY Broome's College Express is a community resource for the seniors, even if they decide to attend elsewhere!

In addition to Mr. Conklin, Dr. Penny Kelly, vice president for Academic Affairs, was also there to welcome WP seniors who attended the College Express event. She shared the message that SUNY Broome will provide the Class of 2025 with personalized support as they explore their options for post-graduation. The presentation included time for seniors who had not yet applied to get one-on-one support as they filled out the application.
