A group of 23 Whitney Point High School students enjoyed a unique opportunity to learn about careers in the fields of Construction & Technology on October 2, 2024.  They participated in the Southern Tier Construction & Technology Career Day at the Broome County Highway Department.

Volunteers from construction, trade, and technology industries talked with students, and gave them interactive opportunities to try their hand at bricklaying, carpentry, heavy-equipment operation and more.
